Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo and cash. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional charges,

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in handling your items, Gone for Good is not liable for any damages to property, belongings, or premises during the junk removal process, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not accept hazardous materials, chemicals, asbestos, explosives, or any other items prohibited by law. Please inform us in advance if you have any questions about acceptable items.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items to be removed are accessible and that the area is clear for our team to perform the service safely.

These communications may include, but are not limited to, service confirmations, scheduling, reminders, and promotional offers. You can opt-out of promotional messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the messages.
